Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects under LTA guidelines, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Oversee site inspections, quality control, and compliance with PE Board and local regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project designs and resource allocation.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation for approvals.
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and site teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Coordinate with government agencies and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve technical challenges proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a PE Board-recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or LTA projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural analysis, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and LTA project requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
