Responsibility
- Oversee and manage land development and building construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues or delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to optimize project plans and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, land development, or construction management.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
