Responsibility
- Lead and manage interior decoration projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to interpret and refine project requirements.
- Develop and review technical drawings, material selections, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to procure high-quality materials and services.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses to stakeholders.
- Implement sustainable and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and aesthetics.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in interior decoration or construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and building codes.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
