Responsibility
- Lead the structural design and analysis of large-scale civil, infrastructure, and building projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of structural solutions.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS).
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess structural integrity and project viability.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale civil, infrastructure, or building projects, with at least 2 years in a senior or coordination role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, and composite structures, as well as seismic and wind load considerations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel to project sites as needed.
