Responsibility
- Assist in project coordination for telecommunications infrastructure development, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project milestones.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, including reports, schematics, and compliance records.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the implementation of telecommunications systems and identify potential improvements.
- Participate in tower audits to assess structural integrity, equipment functionality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions for optimal performance.
- Assist in the planning and deployment of network upgrades, expansions, or new installations under supervision.
- Gather and analyze data to support decision-making for project enhancements and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on emerging telecommunications technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil, or related fields).
- Basic understanding of telecommunications systems, network infrastructure, or project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali as required.
