As a Chiller Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial clients. Your expertise in AWS (Automated Workflow Systems) and VB (Visual Basic) will be leveraged to enhance system performance, automate processes, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial chiller systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Utilize AWS and VB to automate workflows, monitor system health, and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their cooling needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Install and commission new chiller units, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts inventory, and system performance metrics.
- Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and on-site staff.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in chiller technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining industrial chiller systems.
- Proficiency in AWS (Automated Workflow Systems) and Visual Basic (VB) for system automation and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, and control systems.
- Certification in refrigeration handling (e.g., EPA 608) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
