Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
- Ensure all projects meet safety, environmental, and ethical standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and post-project evaluations to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia is a plus.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
