As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of construction and development projects, ensuring compliance with approved plans, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Responsibility
- Oversee and manage project execution to ensure adherence to approved designs, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or urban development.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, including budget and timeline adherence.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Project) and BIM tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
