Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning and design to implementation and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time completion.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations for proposed projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financials, and post-project reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
