As a Project Engineer, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial plant projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Responsibility
- Lead the technical planning, execution, and delivery of industrial plant projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to align project objectives, resolve technical queries, and ensure smooth communication.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to track milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in industrial plant, manufacturing, or heavy machinery sectors.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from feasibility studies to commissioning.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), project management tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and local regulatory standards for industrial projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and occasionally across Indonesia as required.
