Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including technical drawings and reports.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC project management or construction engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar engineering software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
