Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and structured cabling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and client requirements.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs for ELV systems.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine system feasibility and resource allocation.
- Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after system deployment.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and project documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes for ELV installations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ELV system installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
- Strong knowledge of ELV system design principles, standards (e.g., ISO, NEC), and local regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software for ELV layouts.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction and infrastructure landscape is a plus.
