Responsibility
- Provide technical pre-sales support, including solution design, feasibility studies, and client presentations to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, from planning and resource allocation to timeline adherence and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, and operations) to deliver seamless project integration and client handover.
- Conduct post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimizations to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in electronics and communications to propose innovative solutions.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization to maintain profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, technical sales, or project management within the electronics/telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of RF systems, embedded systems, IoT, or wireless communications (experience with specific technologies is a bonus).
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and technical software (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW, AutoCAD).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (or already based in the region).
