Responsibility
- Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning and design to implementation and completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, proposing innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability best practices in all project phases.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to drive collaboration and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record in infrastructure or development projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable design principles is advantageous.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
