Responsibility
- Design, model, and optimize in-building wireless networks using iBwave software for clients across various industries.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze RF propagation to ensure optimal signal coverage and capacity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement wireless solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Generate detailed technical reports, including heatmaps, bill of materials (BOM), and design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices in wireless design.
- Assist in the deployment and validation of wireless systems, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients on iBwave tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in RF design, wireless engineering, or in-building solutions.
- Proficiency in iBwave Design software (certification is a strong advantage).
- Strong understanding of RF principles, antenna systems, and wireless protocols (LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, DAS).
- Experience with site survey tools, spectrum analyzers, and network testing equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) for client-facing interactions.
