Responsibility
- Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and bids in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Administer and manage contracts, agreements, and subcontracts to ensure legal and financial compliance.
- Oversee vendor registration, evaluation, and selection to maintain a reliable supply chain.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project deliverables with timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and quality standards to identify and resolve deviations proactively.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and approvals.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays, disputes, or cost overruns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, contract administration, or tender management within the construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors.
- Proven track record in preparing and negotiating contracts, tenders, and procurement documents.
- Strong knowledge of local and international construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
