Responsibility
- Participate in a structured two-year training program with rotations across multiple engineering departments.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects under senior supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Prepare and present technical reports, drawings, and specifications to stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Utilize CAD software, simulation tools, and other engineering applications to support project execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing optimizations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices in your work.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related fields) from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or programming languages like Python/Java).
