Responsibility
- Develop detailed construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) and technical specifications for engineering projects.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements to ensure accuracy in design and execution.
- Create and update as-built drawings to reflect completed work and modifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to refine designs and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with industry standards, local regulations, and HSE guidelines.
- Review and validate design calculations for structural integrity, safety, and feasibility.
- Support project teams in troubleshooting design-related issues during construction phases.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
- Knowledge of HSE compliance and best practices in engineering design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
