Responsibility
- Develop and implement SECS/GEM communication protocols for semiconductor equipment integration.
- Design and maintain automation scripts to facilitate seamless data exchange between machines and host systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment communication, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement equipment integration strategies.
- Conduct testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for equipment integration.
- Provide training and support to team members on SECS/GEM protocols and automation tools.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor equipment integration technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equipment integration with a focus on SECS/GEM protocols.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
