Responsibility
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Conduct process audits, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operations.
- Design and execute experiments to test and validate process improvements using statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on process performance and areas for improvement.
- Support the introduction of new products by developing and refining manufacturing processes to meet specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all process-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in statistical tools and process optimization techniques.
- Experience with process simulation software, CAD tools, or other engineering software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams across different functions.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory standards is advantageous.
