Responsibility
- Lead and manage site development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Implement sustainable and cost-effective construction practices to optimize resource utilization and minimize environmental impact.
- Resolve technical issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or site development.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other engineering and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED) is an advantage.
