Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Implement and monitor QAQC protocols to maintain high standards of workmanship and material quality.
- Oversee Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installations, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimize project workflows.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Enforce safety and environmental regulations to mitigate risks and ensure a secure working environment.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, verifying specifications and delivery schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including as-built drawings, method statements, and handover files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on QAQC or M&E works.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software and Microsoft Project/Primavera for scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards (OSHA), and ISO quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or QAQC are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali, with occasional travel to project locations.
