Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project deliverables with client expectations.
- Utilize AWS and VB tools to streamline project documentation, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and technical specifications to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with government authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and recommending process optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale or multinational projects.
- Proficiency in AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Visual Basic (VB) for project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Bali/Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
