Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of engineering projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in alignment with local and international guidelines.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives with client expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor work quality and address potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including technical specifications, progress updates, and financial summaries.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project outcomes and environmental impact.
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts, ensuring smooth project delivery within stipulated deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale projects from conception to handover.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to dynamic environments, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
