Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and problem resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols on all project sites.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative construction methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record in construction or infrastructure development.
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
