Responsibility
- Oversee and support the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Ensure design compliance with local and international standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project deliverables with timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with government authorities to secure necessary permits, approvals, and compliance certifications.
- Implement sustainable and cost-effective construction practices to optimize resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and design.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and adapting to dynamic project requirements.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Badung, Bali as needed.
