Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications and client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance records.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Resolve technical challenges by providing innovative engineering solutions and troubleshooting on-site issues.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals for project advancement.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction project engineering, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or residential projects.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from planning to completion, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia (or adaptability to learn).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in Indonesia. Fluency in English is required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
