Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for cost efficiency.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure all construction activities align with environmental and sustainability best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in construction.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
