Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and refine engineering designs and construction plans.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with project teams to procure materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing resource allocation for efficiency.
- Ensure all projects meet safety, environmental, and sustainability standards, promoting responsible engineering practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, or SAP2000 is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
