Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review project plans, drawings, and specifications in collaboration with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and environmental impact.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide expert guidance to on-site teams to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all projects meet client expectations, industry best practices, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensed Civil Engineer (mandatory).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale civil projects (e.g., infrastructure, residential, commercial).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and strong technical knowledge of construction methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local and international building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (or already based in the region).
