Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and structural calculations for accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and quality control metrics.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize structural designs for efficiency and durability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a proven track record in project management.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, PEng, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, or ETABS.
- Strong knowledge of international building codes, seismic design standards, and construction best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
