As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of our construction projects, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints. You will provide technical support, resolve on-site engineering challenges, and ensure all works strictly adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction project activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve site-related issues.
- Prepare and update construction schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to workplace safety (WSH) regulations.
- Manage project material procurement and track site resource allocation to optimize costs.
- Attend progress meetings and provide technical updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all engineering works are completed within the stipulated timeline and budget.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline recognized by the PE Board.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of structural drawings, AutoCAD, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse site teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
- Highly organized with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems on-site.
- Willingness to work a 5-day work week and commit to site-based requirements.
