Responsibility
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including progress reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management and on-site construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
