Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other ELV security systems.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for project accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery within budget and scope.
- Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for new security system deployments.
- Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and maintenance teams post-installation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in security technology, including IP-based systems, AI-driven analytics, and IoT integrations.
- Prepare and submit detailed project reports, documentation, and as-built drawings for client approval.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CCTV, ELV, or security system engineering, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of IP/analog CCTV systems, access control, fire alarm systems, and structured cabling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools for creating technical layouts.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, NEC, local regulations) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., Bosch, Hikvision, Axis) or PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.
