Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of construction plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage project billing, cost tracking, and financial reporting to maintain budgetary control.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly to minimize project delays and disruptions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
