Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management from conceptualization, planning, and execution to final turnover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders, to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, feasibility studies, and post-project evaluations to senior management and clients.
- Leverage innovative engineering solutions to optimize project efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local and international engineering codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM, or Indonesian SNI).
- Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement for engineering projects.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
