Responsibility
- Oversee and manage quality assurance and control processes for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality management practices.
- Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
