As a Project Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our engineering projects while enjoying the unique work-life balance that Bali offers.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or issues.
- Oversee manpower arrangement, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in engineering and project management.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging continuous improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management or a similar role within the engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
