Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of EPC and ECPM construction projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and quality control checks to maintain project standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges to keep projects on track.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in EPC or ECPM environments.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local regulations and construction standards in Indonesia is a plus.
