Responsibility
- Lead the optimization of manufacturing processes for high-tech storage devices to improve yield, efficiency, and product quality.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to minimize defects and reduce production costs.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale new technologies from prototype to mass production.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Design and execute experiments to validate process changes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in yield improvement, process optimization, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Hands-on experience with DOE (Design of Experiments), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python, or SQL).
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
