Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels in commercial and industrial settings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to implement electrical designs and ensure projects meet technical specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute installations and repairs accurately.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members as needed.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including reports on system performance and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit analyzers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
