Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all equipment, machinery, and facilities are operational and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and calibration of processing machinery and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships for cost-effective operations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely, innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and operational knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in food processing, manufacturing, or agricultural industries.
- Proven expertise in preventive maintenance, PLC systems, and industrial machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, ISO, HACCP) and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
