Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, safety) to align facility infrastructure with production goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO standards).
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for maintenance services, repairs, and facility upgrades.
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency within the manufacturing plant layout.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory of spare parts, and budget tracking for facility operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance engineering, or plant operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and industrial machinery.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and predictive maintenance tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a startup-like environment.
- Certifications in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) or lean manufacturing are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
