Responsibility
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, including cost estimates, material requirements, and risk assessments.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits and ensure project alignment with expectations.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera) to track schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and BIM tools; familiarity with GIS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards (e.g., SNI, ISO).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
