Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they can operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documenting all activities, findings, and recommendations for follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to address client needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service quality.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support for industrial equipment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as PLCs and automation.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairs.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts when necessary.
