Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical) function efficiently and reliably.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, local Indonesian standards).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building systems, coordinating with external contractors when necessary.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving measures to improve sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and compliance status.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to support facility upgrades, renovations, and expansions.
- Ensure all facility-related documentation, including permits, certifications, and warranties, is up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification (e.g., PII, IAI, or other recognized engineering license).
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Familiarity with Indonesian safety regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and facility management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
