Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction supervision or site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
