Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between management and field teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, compliance, and safety, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and financial records.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track milestones, allocate resources, and optimize workflows.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, with a strong background in construction or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
