Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement efficient construction methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in construction or project management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
