Responsibility
- Manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
- Ensure document version control, distribution, and archiving in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to collect, review, and update documentation in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain a digital document management system (DMS) to streamline access and retrieval.
- Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and submit documentation for internal reviews, client approvals, and regulatory submissions.
- Train and guide project staff on document control procedures and best practices.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to documentation and escalate concerns as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, local regulations, and construction documentation requirements.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
